Binance introduced the Futures Trading Quantitative Rules. I find them absolutely awful and not workable. If you have many limit orders placed over time you litterly can't place any new orders without getting immediately restricted four a couple of minutes due to breaking the Quantitative Rules. The reason is if you have plenty of limit orders, fare away from the current spot you don't get many trades and when placing a new one your Ratio between orders and trades get to low.
On top the definition of the ratios sound supper complicated. I am really wondering which genius came up with this BS:
