Binance introduced the Futures Trading Quantitative Rules. I find them absolutely awful and not workable. If you have many limit orders placed over time you litterly can't place any new orders without getting immediately restricted four a couple of minutes due to breaking the Quantitative Rules. The reason is if you have plenty of limit orders, fare away from the current spot you don't get many trades and when placing a new one your Ratio between orders and trades get to low.

On top the definition of the ratios sound supper complicated. I am really wondering which genius came up with this BS:

AAX is bankrupt since End of 2022. Have you ever heard any follow up on it or is it just gone? Is Hong Kong leading any recovery process? 

LUNC had a fascinating comeback today gaining over 30% after volume and attention was shy recently. Luna Classic was trading as low as 0.00008228 and is now over 0.00011. What do you guys think.
