benmumford Posted January 12 Share Posted January 12 Hi. I moved BTC from crypto.com to coinbase and never received my btc. The transaction looks to be completed and spent on the Blockchain but I never received it. The problem was that my coinbase account was restricted at the time of transfer which I quickly rectified but the BTC transaction disappeared from coinbase. The transaction was showing as pending on coinbase for about 10 min before disappearing from coinbase. I am on the third attempt at contacting support after many many hours trying to resolve this but the first 2 attempts the case was closed as resolved. I have a case number again and in the long wait again for support to respond. This happened 2 months ago. Where has my BTC gone, is it recoverable? Thanks to anyone who can help?
